What are the two ways Google Ads bills you?
Prepay and postpay. On prepay you put money in first and delivery stops when the balance runs out. On postpay cost accrues and Google charges your payment method when accrued cost reaches the account's billing threshold, or thirty days after the last automatic payment, whichever comes first.
Only postpay accounts have a threshold, which is why only postpay history is worth anything in a used account. How Google Ads billing works goes through both in order.
What is the payment threshold and why does it cost money?
The billing threshold is the amount of accrued cost at which Google charges a postpay account. Google raises it by itself, in steps, after the account has accrued and paid without failures several times. No setting moves it and no support request moves it, which is exactly why an account that has one costs more.
What this means in practice. A new account is charged small amounts often, and a single failed charge stops delivery.
An account with a high threshold runs for days between charges on the same budget.
The payment threshold covers how it grows and how to read it in the account.
What are the ways an account stops?
Two, and people confuse them constantly. A failed payment stops delivery and is fixed by fixing the payment. A suspension stops the account and is decided by Google on policy grounds. The first is routine and your own to solve; the second is not, and no supplier can promise it away.
Failed charge
Delivery stops, the account is intact, the fix is a working payment method.
routinePolicy suspension
Google named something your ads broke. Correct it and appeal once.
sometimes reversibleAccount-level notice
Payment or circumvention. Appeals succeed far less often here.
usually finalInherited debt
An unpaid balance from a previous holder, which transfers with the account.
avoidableAccount suspensions and appealing one set out what each notice means and what the appeal can realistically do.
What is sold here?
Google Ads advertising accounts and manager accounts, and nothing else. No mailboxes, no social accounts, no rental, no US-registered accounts. Stock is registered in Kazakhstan with USD billing, and every account can be opened and looked at before payment.
| What it is | Condition | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Account with spend history | Threshold lifted, transactions visible, postpay | $150 – $650 |
| Account with billing attached | Payment profile working, threshold still low | $30 – $120 |
| Account without billing | Clean account, you attach the payment profile | from $30 |
| Manager account (MCC) | No campaigns and no threshold of its own | $500 |
What is in stock covers how each band is checked and how handover works.
Common questions
Why does billing matter when buying an account?
Because the billing section is where everything claimed about an account is either confirmed or not. Spend history, the threshold, the currency, the country, whether anything is owed — all of it lives in Billing, and all of it is visible before any money moves.
Can a supplier guarantee an account will not be suspended?
No. Google decides suspensions on what is advertised, the landing page and payment behaviour, none of which a supplier sees or controls. A supplier can be held to the state of the account at handover, and that is the whole of what any honest guarantee covers.
Do you explain how to get around Google's checks?
No. This site explains what Google's own billing mechanics and policy notices mean, and how the appeal route works. It does not cover evading detection, and a supplier offering to teach you that is selling you the next suspension.
Ask to see the billing section
Any account in stock can be shown with its billing summary and transaction history before payment, customer ID masked. If the history does not match the description, there is nothing to discuss.
